The Summer Healing Package is a 12-week experience that will begin June ??? and end Aug 14th-18th.

Every other week, you and 9 other individuals will meet to practice breathwork and dive into deep and vulnerable topics in a supportive and healing environment. The group setting is intended to provide community, support, and love for one another.

Shane will provide training and guidance on breathwork, what to expect, and will help you set meaningful intentions. Each week’s theme will change, and he guide you through topics such as inner-child healing, shadow-work, manifestation, and more. Shane will be your guide to help you safely explore deep layers of your emotions, memories, and subconscious.

At the end of the Summer, all members are welcome on a retreat to X, which will take place for an additional cost. Shane is still planning the retreat, but the intention is for everyone to be able to come together and experience breathwork in an intimate setting with mother nature. Shane is a regular camping guide, and would love to provide this opportunity to anyone interested.
